Under fredagen var vi i Milano för att upptäcka staden. Vi började med lunch på en restaurang nära vårt hotell. Pizza förstås och varsin iste! Vi hade inte en hel dag så därför fokuserade vi på Duomo och slottet. Duomo som jag har visat här på bloggen förut var fortfarande lika mäktig och vacker! Insidan hade inte jag sett förut så det blev en ny upplevelse för mig också!
Därefter gick vi in i den superdyra gallerian som ligger precis vid Duomo. Vi gick även in i Giorgio Armani butiken, bara för att kolla förstås. På baksidan av gellerian hittade vi statyn av Leonardo, mamma blev väldigt glad över detta!
Vi begav oss mot slottet efter att vi sett Leonardo och det är också väldigt vackert! Tyvärr inser jag att jag inte har tagit så många bilder härifrån men det är så pass stort att det är riktigt svårt att få några bra bilder.. Bakom slottet är det en jättestor och fin park också!
Till kvällen satte vi oss och tog en drink var, mamma drack Campari soda och jag tog en Mojito. Till detta fick vi toastat bröd med olika tillbehör, oerhört gott var det! Vi åt ingen middagen den här dagen eftersom vi åt en så pass sen lunch. Bilderna på slutet är röda eftersom restaurangen använde värmelampor så det gick inte att få några riktigt bra bilder.

On Friday we went to explore Milan. We started our day by going to have lunch at a restaurant near our hotel. Of course we had pizza and an ice tea each! We didn't have one full day to explore so we focused on Duomo and the castle. Duomo was just as magnificent and beautiful as the last time I saw it! I didn't check out the inside last time so that was something new to me too!
After we had seen Duomo we went into the really expensive shopping centre just by Duomo. We went into the Giorgio Armani store just for the sake of doing so of course. At the back side of the shopping center we found the statue of Leonardo, mom was very happy about this of course!
After seeing the statue we went to the castle which is so beautiful! Unfortunately I realise I haven't taken that many pictures of the castle, it is really hard to get any good pictures.. Behind the castle there is a huge and nice park!
In the evening we decided to have a drink each, mom had a Campari soda while I had a Mojito. We got some toasted bread with different toppings, it was super good! We didn't have dinner this evening since we had a very late lunch. The pictures are very red and that is due to the heating lamps (are they actually called that??) anyway, I couldn't get any good pictures due to them..
